Stella Artois is hosting The Art of the Chalice, an event celebrating the best of Stella Artois and the best of Boston's local art, culture, and cuisine through the lens of the Stella Artois Chalice.
Stella Artois enlisted local artisans to help celebrate the city, including James Beard award-winning Chef Jamie Bissonette, glass artist Luke Adams and award-winning singer-songwriter Louie Bello. Beer expert and Master Cicerone Max Bakker will be at the event to teach guests more about the Stella Artois Chalice and the brand's signature Nine Step Pouring Ritual
Luke Adams and a team of artists will be performing live glassblowing demonstrations as they recreate Stella's iconic glass chalices.
Stella Artois also commissioned local artist Chris Piascik to create a mural inspired by the city of Boston and the Stella Artois Chalice. The mural highlights notable features to the city of Boston interwoven with iconic Stella Artois brand elements.
To unveil this "The Art of the Chalice" mural, Stella Artois is hosting an event at Dewey Square on Wednesday, August 23, from 7:00 - 10:00 PM.
Consumers and media 21+ are invited to join Stella Artois to celebrate the artwork reveal and spirit of Boston.
This is the final event in the 2017 Stella Artois "The Art of the Chalice" series which pays tribute to the iconic Stella Artois Chalice through local art installations across the country.
