Shipping

• Shipping Options: Currently we ship via UPS and through the US Postal Service to find you the best rate.
  
• Cost of Shipping:Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of your order and the distance from our studio in Norwood, MA.
  
• Duration of Shipping: Shipment times vary depending on distance but the farthest reaches of the US will receive their packages in 3-7 days in almost all cases.
  
• Handling Time: Shipments leave our studio within 2-3 days of placing your order approximately 90% of the time.
  
• Restricted Regions: We currently ship to all locations in the US and additionally we ship to the Australia and Canada.
• The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Production Time: Most of our handmade glass pieces, made right here in our studio are in stock but some need to be made.  This can take a day or two but often the piece is already on our shelf.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15 – 30 business days.After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for supporting small businesses and makers like us. Handmade items contain slight variation in shape and size. We strive for uniformity in the pieces we send, but if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please let us know.

Damaged or defective items may be eligible for online store credit, exchange, or refunded to your original form of payment. To initiate a return / exchange, please visit https://lukeadamsglassblowin.returnscenter.com/  Make sure to include your 6 digit order number. Original shipping costs and/or return shipping is non-refundable. Once approved, enclose your packing slip and mail your shipment to:

Please do no send back broken glass, as it is unsafe for you and our shipping department. You may simply throw it in the trash after you provide us with a photo.
